Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has described the Foxes’ run-in as “terrible” as they look to complete what many thought was the impossible and win the Premier League title.

Seven points clear with five matches to play, Leicester are now 1/10 to lift the trophy heading into Sunday’s tricky home clash against West Ham.

The Italian, whose side are 37/40 favourites to beat the 33/10 Hammers, will be comforted by the fact that Leicester have kept seven clean sheets in their last eight games at the King Power stadium; However, they will have to be on their guard considering West Ham have won twice as many of the meetings (10) between these two sides in the Premier League than Leicester (five).

Second-placed Tottenham are 11/2 to leapfrog Leicester to the title, and are 4/5 to take all three points away from the Britannia Stadium against Stoke City on Monday night.

This weekend’s Premier League action begins with a ding-dong battle between two relegation candidates in 17th-placed Norwich City and 18th-placed Sunderland. Four points currently separate the two sides, and the Canaries are 11/8 to extend the gap to seven points when the two sides meet on Saturday lunchtime. Sam Allardyce’s Black Cats can be backed at 23/10.

The other stand-out fixture sees Chelsea (7/4) host Manchester City (17/10) on Saturday evening. Chelsea have won 11 and lost just one of their last 17 Premier League games against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge, but Manuel Pellegrini’s side have proved difficult to beat on the road of late with one loss in their last seven away games.

Manchester United are 2/9 to beat Aston Villa (16/1) and send them down to the Championship, while Newcastle are 13/10 to beat Swansea (23/10) in what is a must-win game for Rafael Benitez’s Toon Army.

Southampton’s quest for European football continues at Goodison Park, where they are 19/10 to collect all three points from the 7/5 Toffees. Liverpool, meanwhile, are 6/5 to beat the 13/5 Cherries after their amazing comeback against Borussia Dortmund in midweek.

The remaining Premier League fixtures this weekend sees Arsenal at 1/3 to defeat 10/1 outsiders Crystal Palace and West Brom 11/8 to see off Watford, who are 5/2 to win.
